Pharmaceutical Content

ReviewWe are looking for a professional with experience in Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) content review processes to support the development, approval, and delivery of compliant promotional materials for pharmaceutical brands. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Agency, and Digital teams to ensure content moves efficiently through the review and approval process while supporting omnichannel marketing initiatives.

What You'll Do Coordinate and support end-to-end promotional content review and approval activities. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of compliant marketing materials. Drive process improvements and support digital transformation initiatives related to content approval workflows.

Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize MLR planning,



execution, and governance. Support multi-channel and omnichannel campaign execution through effective content management and review processes.

Utilize Veeva Promo

Mats and project management tools to monitor progress, timelines, and approvals.

What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree.

Experience working within the pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review and approval processes. Hands-on experience with Veeva Promo Mats. Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and matrixed environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience managing multiple priorities and driving projects to completion.
