**The Role**:
**Senior Talent Partner**
**Key Responsibilities and Contributions**:
- Partnering with hiring managers to define hiring strategies for Sales roles.
- Sourcing exceptional talent through creative, data-driven outreach
- Managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer
- Building and iterating on our hiring processes to scale with speed and quality
- Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring efforts
- Leveraging ATS and recruitment analytics to optimize funnels and reporting.




- Identifying and experimenting with new sourcing channels, tools, and technologies
**Your Profile**:
- 5+ years of experience in sales roles
- Proven track record of hiring across Sales, Solutions Sales, and Product
- Passion for Technology with a solid understanding of sales cycle
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, can-do attitude
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
