POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the following activities for molds, at-risk part validations, general validations, PCARs, and product and process changes.
- Sample processing, shipping, and tracking including import/export
- Schedule engineering and pilot production
- Provide initial failed unit analysis
- Drawing, Deviation, and ECO support
- Coordinate product validation.
Experiência y requisitos
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:
- B.S. in engineering discipline.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, both as a leader/facilitator and a participant.
- Excellent theoretical and applied knowledge of design and mechanical engineering concepts.
- Effective at handling multiple priorities and tasks.
- Well organized, enthusiastic, high energy, strong work ethic.




- Effective communication skills in English and Spanish.
**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Experience with irrigation products / industry.
- Experience with ultrasonic welding processes of plastics component.
- Working knowledge of CAD/CAE engineering tools.
- Project management skills.
