**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Accurately input financial data into accounting systems and maintain organized and up-to-date records.
- Track and reconcile employee expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely reimbursement.




- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and summaries as needed.
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy.
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in Accounting.
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable.
- Experience with QuickBooks.
- Experience with US GAAP standards.
**SCHEDULE**
- Monday to Friday.
Pay: $23,000.00 - $28,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- US GAAP financial statements: 3 years (preferred)
- Quickbooks: 3 years (preferred)
**Language**:
