**Talent Attraction Lead**
We are seeking a Talent Attraction Lead to join our Talent Acquisition team in the LATAM region. As a Talent Attraction Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment strategy and attracting diverse, high-quality talent for our organization.
**Objective**:




The objective of the Talent Attraction Lead is to support the recruitment strategy for the LATAM region and attract diverse, high-quality talent for our organization, working closely with business leaders and HR teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the recruitment strategy for the LATAM region, identifying opportunities to attract diverse and high-quality talent.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for middle management to C-level positions
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to understand talent needs and develop effective solutions.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement in talent acquisition.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in talent acquisition (minimum 5-6 years).
- University degree in a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Advance knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Analytical skills and ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence others.
