We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Salesforce Project Manager**to lead the execution and delivery of Salesforce initiatives.
In this role, you will manage cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are aligned with organizational goals. You will oversee system implementations, integrations, and enhancements while ensuring high-quality results within defined timelines and scope.
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
- Create comprehensive project plans, timelines, and allocate resources effectively to meet project goals
- Lead cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers, administrators, analysts, and QA professionals, to ensure successful outcomes
- Oversee daily project operations, track progress, and address challenges or risks as they arise
- Act as the primary point of contact for project communication, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Coordinate data migration, system integrations, and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, data protection standards, and Salesforce best practices throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Drive change management processes and deliver training to support the adoption of new Salesforce solutions
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience managing Salesforce projects with a track record of successful delivery
- A minimum of 3 years in leadership positions such as Manager, Architect, or Coordinator, demonstrating strong team management capabilities
- At least 2 years of experience overseeing teams of 20 or more members
- Proven experience in at least five full-cycle Salesforce projects or launching key product features to market
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, products, and core functionalities
- Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies for managing projects
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to drive project success
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in complex organizational settings
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders
**Nice to have**
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or PMP
- Experience working with Salesforce clouds like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Familiarity with integration tools like MuleSoft or APIs for seamless system connectivity
- Knowledge of data migration processes and strategies for effective change management
