What will you do?
How will you do it?- Analyze project requirements and develop engineering solutions to meet manufacturing needs.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and align engineering efforts with project goals.- Utilize engineering principles and methodologies to identify issues and implement solutions efficiently.- Document engineering processes, recommendations,



and project progress to ensure clarity and compliance.- Review and evaluate engineering designs and strategies to enhance manufacturing efficiency and effectiveness.- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders as needed.
What are we looking for?- A university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering or related fields.- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to select appropriate engineering techniques.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in engineering software and tools relevant to manufacturing processes.
