Digital Marketing Associate
**Location**: On-site in QRO, Mexico Offices
**Salary**: $25,000 per month

We are looking for a **Digital Marketing Associate** to join our on-site Marketing team in Querétaro, Mexico. This is a junior-level position ideal for someone with a solid foundation in digital marketing and a passion for enhancing online visibility through SEO, SEM, and strategic content creation. The role will support the execution of online marketing efforts, website management, and campaign optimization, all aligned with the company’s digital engagement and brand awareness goals.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Assist in the execution of digital marketing strategies and online campaigns.
- Analyze marketing performance data and report on KPIs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify digital growth opportunities.
- Implement SEO and SEM strategies to boost website traffic and visibility.
- Design, update, and manage web pages using WordPress.
- Support promotional events, traditional media initiatives, and campaign planning.
- Collaborate closely with marketing team members to align efforts with brand objectives.
**Must-Have Skills / Experience**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Extensive knowledge of SEO and SEM
- Experience using Google Analytics
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing strategies and tools
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Word




- Expertise in website management using WordPress
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proactive, self-starting, and innovative mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Acumatica or Salesforce
Education Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience and/or demonstrated knowledge in digital marketing
Language Requirements:
- High fluency in English (written and verbal)
Work Schedule / Shift:
- Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:45 PM or 6:00 AM to 3:45 PM (Mexico time)
Additional Notes / Requirements:
- Daily use of WordPress and Microsoft Word is essential
- No travel required
- Knowledge and use of SEO and AI-driven marketing tools are critical to the role
