Are you a commercial leader with a strong track record in the automotive industry and experience driving business growth through dealer networks?

We are partnering with a leading integral mobility company to identify a Country Manager – Sales who will lead the commercial strategy and business expansion across Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Develop and execute the national sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets.

✔ Lead dealer and distributor network expansion while strengthening existing partnerships.

✔ Drive retail performance, sales forecasting, inventory planning, and business development initiatives.

✔ Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.

✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product.

✔ Represent the business with key distributors, strategic partners, and headquarters.

What We're Looking For





✔ 8–12 years of experience in automotive sales within an OEM environment.

✔ Proven experience managing dealer/distributor networks in Mexico.

✔ Strong leadership, commercial negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

✔ Deep understanding of the Mexican automotive market.

✔ Advanced English communication skills.

✔ Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
