Job Role: Customer Service Representative

Job location: Guadalajara

Job Mode: Onsite (work from office)

In this role you will:

You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering timely, accurate, support across multiple channels. You will address customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive experience by actively listening and understanding customer needs.

Key Skills Required:

- Proven Customer Support experience or experience as Client Service Representative
- Ability to appreciate the customers’ perspective showing empathy.
- Active listening to fully engage the customer with their concerns.
- Ability to multi-task ability to multi-task during customer interactions with multiple systems and resources.
- Understand policies and procedures and communicate them professionally to the customer.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints/concerns
- Listen to customers’ concerns,



maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints, issues and questions
- Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability
- Able to manage stressful situations in customer Service

Person Specification

•Minimum High school Diploma

- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Experience
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Available for full-time work
