We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role **Data Analytics Senior Analyst**
**Role Purpose**:
We are looking for a unique individual who has a demonstrated passion for data & analytics that has picked up the foundational skills and is looking to level up their capabilities and help the team solve complex problems. We're looking for someone who can look at large data sets and figure how to integrate, transform and refine into meaningful insights via clean code and excellent documentation to help build sustainable, automated processes with smart controls.
**Main Activities**
- Most importantly, strong commercial instinct - understanding what's important for the business and how we can use data to get there.
- Ability to work independently with stakeholders to understand the problem statement and propose, build, test and document the appropriate data driven solution.




- Strong technical background to conduct business and statistical analysis on bank owned data and develop effective solutions based on business needs.
- Work closely with related teams to ensure alignment with broader strategy and ability to communicate findings to senior leadership.
- Attention to detail to ensuring the completeness and comprehensiveness of data structure by integrating the sources for newly identified data points. Work with other team members as required to source / remediate key datasets.
- Operationalize new processes so that they can be maintained in an on-going and efficient manner.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or higher in STEM or Business Administration
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics
- Proven experience working on programming languages or database management systems (SQL, Python, R, etc.)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have strong organization skills to maintain and document projects.
- Experience working with Alteryx and Google Cloud Platform is preferred.
