What you´ll do
- Supervise and support three main process areas within the plant:
Physical-chemical analysis
Installation inspections (pressure, levels, equipment parameters) Documentation management (consumption reports, inventory tracking, material receipts, weekly reports)Provide on-site customer service and technical support to the client.Troubleshoot and coordinate the resolution of operational or technical failures.Implement and maintain statistical process control tools (charts, trend analysis).Assist during internal and external audits.Ensure timely submission of reports and operational data.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, technical service).
What makes you a good fit
- Must live in Puebla or be willing to relocate (this is a fully on-site position).
- Bacherlor degree in industrial engineering or similar.
- 3+ years of experience in a related field.
- Previous technical experience in industrial environments; experience in the automotive sector is a plus.




- Basic understanding of physical-chemical processes and industrial installations.
- Strong skills in data reporting and process control.
- Ability to work under pressure and make timely decisions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (charts, data analysis, reporting).
- Willingness to work according to industrial plant schedules.
