Main Responsabilities- Operational Efficiency: Drives LEAN initiatives to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve throughput.
- Cost Optimization: Leads projects that deliver measurable cost savings through smarter resource utilization and process enhancements.
- Quality Excellence: Applies structured methodologies to improve product quality, reduce variation, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Team Empowerment: Facilitates Kaizen events and coaching cross-functional teams to foster a proactive, improvement-driven mindset.
- Activities Coordination: Leads the coordination and facilitation of regular follow-up meetings with the Operations Staff to track progress on continuous improvement initiatives. Organizes and supports events related to the deployment of the annual strategy, CI X-change ensuring alignment with operational goals and engagement across teams.
- Visual Management and Shop Floor Engagement: Drives 5S implementation and conducts regular GEMBA walks focused on improving performance across key operational metrics and reinforcing a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Cultural Leadership: Inspires and mobilizes production and salaried teams to embrace continuous improvement as a shared responsibility. Builds strong engagement through clear communication, recognition, and inclusive problem-solving.
- What Skills You Need- Strong Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and CI Tools: Proficient in methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and GEMBA walks.
- Project Management: Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage timelines, and deliver measurable results.
