- Responsibilities: Actively design and own the detailed architecture of microservices
- Review pull requests and guide engineers through code-level decisions and best practices
- Lead by example, participating in the technical implementation and mentoring team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (backend and frontend) to ensure high-quality delivery of digital products
- Translate business and product requirements into scalable, maintainable, and performant technical solutions
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Recent and practical experience with GCP, GKE, Java/Spring Boot, and Python




- Solid technical background with a strong focus on Java backend development
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React and Next.js
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design principles
- Experience delivering scalable, secure, and high-availability systems
- Good knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and web services integration
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with databases and caching technologies like Redis, MySQL, PostgreSQL
- Strong problem-solving skills with a product-oriented mindset, capable of balancing user needs with technical decisions
- Experience working in product-driven environments or companies
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish (written and verbal), with the ability to engage stakeholders and align on goals
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience leading teams through iterative development cycles
- Ability to mentor, knowledge sharing, and uplifting the engineering culture
