**Job Title**: React JS Developer
**Location**: Monterrey, Mexico (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging across various browsers and devices
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
- Integrate CI/CD practices for efficient deployment and delivery
- Document technical specifications and maintain version control using Git
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **5+ years** of front-end development experience in fast-paced environments
- Strong hands-on experience with **React.js**, Redux, React Router, and related libraries
- Proficient in **JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3**, and **RESTful API integration**:
- Experience with modern build tools like **Webpack**, **Babel**, or **Vite**:




- Strong understanding and practical experience with **CI/CD pipelines** and tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.
- Exposure to or hands-on experience with **cloud platforms** like **AWS**, **Azure**, or **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**:
- Familiar with **Git** and version control workflows
- Deep knowledge of **responsive design** and **cross-browser compatibility**:
- Experience working in **Agile/Scrum** environments
- English proficiency (B2 level or higher) with strong communication skills
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience with **TypeScript**:
- Familiarity with **containerization tools** like **Docker**:
- Understanding of **micro frontends** or **server-side rendering (SSR)** frameworks
- Previous experience working with **international or US-based clients**
