What you´ll do
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring, ensuring timely and efficient staffing of positions.
- Conduct initial screening to assess applicants' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to attract top talent.
- Supports the implementation of strategies to enhance recruitment communication, engagement, and feedback, aligned with global strategy.
- Collaborates with HR teams to align recruitment efforts with business needs.
- Plans and organizes recruitment events, job fairs, and networking sessions.
- Evaluate and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Professional in fields such as psychology, administration, or similar
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes
- Experience conducting competency-based interviews
- Intermediate or advanced level of English
