ABOUT THE POSITION Assists the Program Management Team to ensure the accurate capture, analysis, and maintenance of customer demand requirements within the organization's planning systems, enabling effective production planning, material availability, and on-time delivery performance while supporting customer satisfaction and business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES Receive, review, and analyze customer forecasts, purchase orders, and delivery schedules. Enter and maintain customer demand information in ERP/MRP systems. Monitor customer portals to ensure demand data accuracy.
Analyze forecast variations and demand trends. Communicate demand changes and potential impacts to Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Program Management teams. Participate in demand review meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
Identify risks related to demand fluctuations, capacity constraints, and material shortages. Generate demand reports, dashboards,
and performance metrics.
Support
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) Manage customer forecasts, purchase orders, and demand schedules. Evaluate the impact of demand fluctuations on operations and supply chain performance. Provide recommendations based on demand analysis and business requirements.
Support scenario planning and demand risk assessments. Prepare and maintain demand management reports and dashboards. Track and report demand-related KPIs. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance forecasting, planning, and customer responsiveness.
REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree Advanced English Confident with Excel Experience at least 2 - 3 years ERP - SAP Strong knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Production Planning processes
