Position Overview:
We are hiring a full-time LinkedIn Sales Navigator Specialist to manage and optimize company and team profiles, identify qualified leads, and execute direct outreach. This role requires hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and a proven ability to generate and nurture B2B opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Run and optimize LinkedIn company and team profiles for business development
Use Sales Navigator to build, segment, and manage lead lists
Execute targeted outreach to decision-makers at property management and ownership groups
Track and report on lead generation activity, response rates, and campaign results
Collaborate with sales leadership to align outreach with growth goals




Maintain up-to-date knowledge of LinkedIn tools and best practices
**Requirements**:
Direct experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for B2B lead generation
Experience managing LinkedIn company and team profiles
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
Consistent track record in building and managing outreach campaigns
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting
Full-time availability and reliable, self-driven work style
Preferred:
Experience in construction, property management, or commercial services industries
