**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage patching, cloning, and upgrades for Oracle EBS/Fusion, following best practices.
- Administer change control processes and maintain a release calendar.
- Ensure audit-ready documentation (release notes, test plans, rollback procedures).
- Support UAT, troubleshoot deployment issues, and collaborate with Oracle Support.
- Enforce SOX-compliant change controls and automate release processes where possible.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Applications and Fusion Middleware.
- Knowledge of ITIL-based change/release management processes.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Oracle certifications (OCP, OCI).
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), automated testing tools, and ERP Cloud methodologies (AIM/OUM).
- Familiarity with Jira, ITSM systems, and third-party integrations.
