At F.C.B.B., we believe in creating a workplace where every team member thrives. We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Marketing Specialist to support our digital marketing efforts across various platforms and help strengthen our overall brand presence.
**Your Impact**
**What You’ll Do**:
- Create and manage professional branding across all offices and marketing channels.
- Design and implement personalized campaigns tailored to specific client and office goals.
- Manage and optimize the company's websites (Wix Studio or WordPress), ensuring performance and strong SEO.
- Plan and support in-person marketing initiatives and events across the U.S.Monitor campaign analytics, track key metrics, and generate performance reports.
- Coordinate and maintain organized marketing documentation, files, and workflows.
- Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and best practices across digital platforms and marketing technologies.
- Collaborate directly with internal teams and clients to develop strategic messaging and ensure marketing alignment.
Experiência y requisitos
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing or related roles.
- Strong understanding of branding, audience engagement,



and content strategy.
- Experience managing and growing social media communities across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into results-driven strategies.
- Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Self-starter with exceptional organization, attention to detail, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
**Preferred (Not required)**:
- Experience with **Google Ads, Meta Ads, Zoho CRM, Wix Studio or WordPress**.
- Website editing experience using platforms such as Wix Studio or WordPress
- Google Workspace (G Suite) for file management, scheduling, and team collaboration.
**What We Offer**:
- Based salary + Commissions
- Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
