**Purpose of the Role**:
You will be responsible for **leading and overseeing daily warehouse activities** including inventory control, shipping, receiving, space utilization, and equipment maintenance. Your mission is to **drive operational KPIs, implement lean process improvements**, and lead your team through **servant leadership and continuous development**. You will also ensure **compliance with internal policies and safety standards**, optimize resources, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve plant objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead operations for **receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping** in line with production and customer requirements.
- Ensure strong inventory control through accurate **cycle counts (ABC)**, variance root cause analysis, and authorized adjustments.
- Enforce compliance with **FIFO policies, chemical expiration controls, excess and obsolete metrics**, and efficient space utilization.
- Coordinate **layout and capacity planning**, driving process and flow improvements across warehouse areas.
- Develop and motivate your team by setting clear goals and fostering a **culture of continuous improvement**.
- Achieve and exceed operational KPIs including **inventory accuracy, on-time shipments, space optimization, and productivity**.
- Ensure compliance with **company policies, quality standards, and safety protocols**.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop warehouse staff to maximize performance and engagement.

**Qualifications**:
- **Bachelor’s degree** (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- **5+ years** of warehouse operations experience with at least **2 years in a leadership role**.
- Strong understanding of **Lean methodologies and process improvement tools**.
- Proven **servant leadership style** focused on team growth, coaching, and mentorship.
- Ability to **adapt quickly to changing priorities** and make sound operational decisions.
