We are seeking a motivated and experienced **Senior UX Designer**to join our team.
In this role, you will lead critical design discussions, leverage Figma for rapid prototyping, support user testing, and set the foundation for extended implementation phases. You will play a key role in shaping user-centered designs that align with business goals and enhance customer experiences.
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee design activities for Customer Service-enhancing Playbook projects
- Facilitate design workshops and collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors
- Conduct design reviews and refine the design system as needed
- Take ownership of design tasks and lead the discovery phase for new initiatives
- Create original designs tailored to the public transportation sector
- Manage minor design updates and focus on project sustainment and stabilization efforts
- Lead the soft commitment phase of design projects, making small adjustments as required
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of experience in UX design with a proven track record of leading design initiatives
- Proficiency in Figma for prototyping and design tasks
- Familiarity with ReactJS for understanding design integration with development
- Experience in UX strategy, including creating and managing design roadmaps
- Ability to work independently and lead design workshops effectively
- Skilled in establishing design operations and conducting comprehensive design reviews
- Strong self-starter attitude with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward
- Knowledge of the public transportation sector, with the ability to design a new app for this domain
- Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken, at a C1 level or higher
