**Sales Representative** This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hermosillo, Sonora.
The sales department focuses on making appointments with a law firm to begin a legal process with them. The sales team also makes consultations with potential new clients. You will greet and assist customers over the phone to determine their questions, needs, and reasons for their patronage. You will also provide information about the firm's services and answer customer questions with well-informed and specific responses to increase consumer trust and satisfaction. The role involves offering solutions to customer needs or wants to maintain customer satisfaction and using sales techniques to persuade customers to acquire the firm's services. You will also build secure,



lasting relationships with customers by providing consistent and thoughtful customer service based on diverse backgrounds, values, and interests.
**Qualifications**:
- Positive attitude.
- Teamwork efforts, results-oriented.
- **Proficient in Spanish, conversational in English.**:
- Call center and sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Full-time availability.
**Work Schedule**:
- **Hours of Operation**: Monday to Sunday, 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM.
- **Working Schedule**: To be determined during training, 5 days of work, 2 days off
