The **Engineering Staff** will be responsible for providing technical and operational support to manufacturing processes, ensuring continuous improvement, cost reduction, resource optimization, and compliance with general customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to production, maintenance, and quality areas.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
- Develop and update technical documentation and work instructions.
- Support the launch of new projects and engineering changes.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
- Analyze process issues and propose effective solutions.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC).
- Intermediate-advanced English (for client communication and technical documentation).
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
