**Responsibilities**
- Drive immersive technical enablement initiatives alongside engineers and teams
- Cultivate team alignment via value stream mapping and collaborative development
- Deliver hands-on coaching in cloud-native backend and frontend engineering
- Support teams in adopting advanced engineering techniques including Chaos Testing
- Highlight practical use of engineering principles in everyday tasks
- Partner across roles to boost engineering processes and system reliability
- Explain the reasoning behind changes emphasizing technical and business benefits
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in software development
- Strong expertise in cloud-native technologies with Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service and containerized environments
- Practical development experience in backend Java, Kotlin, or frontend ReactJS
- Knowledge of observability including tracing, alerting, and monitoring production systems
- Experience with Chaos Testing tools such as Gremlin is highly valued
- Demonstrated ability in value stream mapping, team charters, and coaching methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to convey technical ideas
- English proficiency at B2 level or above

- Background in immersive team learning settings
- Capability to lead organizational transformation across engineering teams




- Understanding of incident reduction and reliability enhancement strategies
- Familiarity with Java observability techniques
- Experience in Site Reliability Engineering practices
