We are seeking a professional, friendly, and persuasive individual to help us grow our business by reaching out to our existing contacts. Your role will be to:
- Call contacts from our provided list
- Introduce and explain our services clearly and confidently
- Answer basic questions about the services
- Schedule consultations or service appointments
- Maintain a log of calls and outcomes
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with a variety of people
- Ability to follow a script while sounding natural and engaging
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or appointment setting is a plus
