**Description**:
Responsable de dar seguimiento a todas las actividades relacionadas al servicio programado de los productos y soluciones de Glory Global Solutions, cumpliendo con los estándares de satisfacción de clientes internos y externos.
**Tus responsabilidades**:
- Gestionar llamadas entrantes y salientes de forma oportuna con clientes y personal interno.
- Identificar las necesidades de los clientes, aclarar información, investigar cada problema y ofrecer soluciones.
- Elaborar cotizaciones para clientes.
- Coordinar la recepción de solicitudes de clientes, Órdenes de Compra, programación de servicios y accesos a sucursales.
- Brindar soporte a las operaciones y seguimiento oportuno al cumplimiento de servicios diarios.
- Revisión, validación de servicios y refacciones para facturación.
- Coordinar servicios con gerencias y supervisiones para satisfacción del cliente.
- Actualizar documentación de servicios en plataformas internas y de cliente.
**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**:
- Bachillerato concluido y/o Licenciatura en áreas administrativas o afines
- Mínimo 2 años en Atención al Cliente
- Manejo de excel
