We are looking for a **Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer** to join our regional delivery team dedicated to advancing CRM capabilities for the Americas region.
**Responsibilities**
- Implement CRM features supporting operational carve-out initiatives
- Customize forms, business rules, and views as needed
- Assist CRM Technical Lead to align developments with regional and global product roadmaps
- Create Dynamics 365 plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and custom UI elements using TypeScript, C#, and FetchXML
- Deploy solutions in production, validation, and testing environments
- Handle solution layers and scripts for data migration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and ongoing support
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Sales CRM development
- Strong knowledge of Power Automate, Plugins, and Workflows
- Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks
- Excellent collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with global teams
- Proficiency in C#, TypeScript, SQL, and Microsoft Dataverse
- English proficiency at B2 level or above
