As our **Appointment Setter / Client Services Representative**, you will work remotely from your home office, conducting daily phone calls to schedule meetings between warm prospects and our sales representatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for **warm leads** who have requested information through our website




- Answer inbound calls and chats from prospects (primarily retired or near-retirement individuals)
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to schedule appointments for sales representatives
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and reset appointments as needed
- Ensure excellent customer experience through clear communication and one-call resolution whenever possible
- Maintain accurate and detailed call notes and appointment logs
- Coordinate communication between prospects and sales representatives
**Required Skills & Experience**
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to de-escalate concerns
✔ Professional, dependable, and proactive work ethic
✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
✔ Transparent and consistent communicator with the team
✔ **Minimum of 2 years of call center or customer service experience** (appointment setting preferred)
✔ **Fluent, near-native English pronunciation** with clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.
