**Requirements**:
- 2-3+ years experience as a customer service representative at an English-speaking call center for U.S. company.
- 2-3+ years experience in telephone-based customer service interacting with
- Canadian consumers, companies or government organizations.
- 1+ year of experience conducting outbound calls to the U.S. on a daily basis.
- Ability to speak, read and write English fluently (at least C1 or C2 EF SET level)
- Experience handling a high call volume on a daily basis
- Able to think and solve problems in a self-sufficient manner, yet still ask for help when necessary
- Strong work ethic and reliable always on time and committed to the job
- Pleasant, personable and patient disposition




- Ability to remain calm and courteous when handling difficult calls and requests.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to accurately enter data into a database.
- Self-motivated, stress and pressure resistant, as well as a quick learner.
- Willing to participate actively in trainings to learn the companys systems and processes as well as to continue improving their skill set
- Team player willing to collaborate with others
