We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Compensation Specialist to support global compensation programs across multiple regions, including North America and Latin America. This rol e will be responsible for job evaluations, compensation benchmarking, variable compensation calculations, global mobility support, and maintaining compensation structures aligned with market practices within the automotive and industrial manufacturing secto rs.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in compensation analysis, job valuation methodologies, and incentive programs, combined with the maturity, confidentiality, and business acumen required to challenge and validate compensation requests when necess ary.

- roles.Experience within the automotive, metal-mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial s
