**Senior Project Engineer** to lead and manage complex engineering projects from concept through completion. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, quality, and external vendors.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in engineering processes and project execution.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field); Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in engineering project management, preferably in (industry, e.g., manufacturing, automotive, aerospace).
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project lifecycle, and quality systems.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, ASME, FDA depending on industry).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus for cross-border collaboration.
