Customer Service & Client Manager - Fluent English Required
We are looking for a professional and highly organized Customer Service & Client Manager to join our growing business in the aesthetics industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Communicating with new and existing clients (primarily in English)
- Managing appointments and follow-ups
- Handling inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media
- Maintaining client relationships and ensuring high satisfaction
- Administrative support and client record management
**Requirements**:
- Fluent / Excellent English (spoken and written) - חובה
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Responsible, proactive, and service-oriented
- Previous customer service experience - advantage
