**Maintenance Technician (Técnico de Mantenimiento)**
**POSCO International E-Mobility Mexico** is expanding our operations and we are looking for **Maintenance Technicians** to join our team.
This role will support the maintenance and proper operation of production equipment to ensure safe and efficient manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
- Support troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical systems
- Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities
- Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
**Requirements**:
- Technical degree in **Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electromechanics,



or related field**:
- Experience in **industrial or manufacturing maintenance**:
- Knowledge of **mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic systems**:
- Ability to troubleshoot and support production equipment
- Availability to work **4x3 shift schedule**
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in **automotive or manufacturing environment**:
- Basic knowledge of **preventive maintenance programs**:
- Teamwork and problem-solving skills
Pay: From $16,500.00 per month
