Vita Weddings is looking for a **full-time Operations Administrator** to support client communication, internal organization, administrative processes, and event coordination.
**This role requires strong, hands-on experience with Notion.**
We are specifically looking for someone who can confidently manage databases, workflows, and operational organization inside Notion.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Client communication and follow-up
- Administrative support and document management
- Database management and internal organization in Notion
- Financial record tracking and handling sensitive information
- Team coordination and operational follow-up for events
- Communication with marketing and internal teams
**Requirements**:
- Strong Notion skills are required




- Excellent organization and follow-through
- Strong communication skills
- High level of trust, discretion, and responsibility
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in administration, operations, or client service preferred
This position includes a base salary, with additional commission opportunities based on wedding sales.
Pay: $9,000.00 per month
