**We’re hiring: Junior Creative Marketing Specialist (Part-Time)**
Guadalajara, MX | HybridAt Virtualizen, we’re looking for a **creative, proactive, and hands-on Junior Creative Marketing Specialist** to support our marketing efforts across content, video, and social media. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating, learning, and growing alongside evolving tools and technologies in a fast-paced B2B tech environment.**What you’ll do**:
- Create and design visual assets and social content using **Canva as a starting point**, with the flexibility to work with **Adobe tools**, **AI-powered platforms**, and other advanced creative solutions as expertise grows and tools evolve
- Edit short-form and long-form video content using **CapCut or other video editing tools**, adapting to new technologies and workflows as they evolve
- Create and edit content across Virtualizen’s marketing channels, including **LinkedIn, website, and internal SharePoint**:
- Support end-to-end content production, from ideation to final delivery
- Participate **on camera** creating video content to explain Virtualizen’s products and services
- Support podcast production, including guest coordination, scripting, recording, and content editing
- Publish approved content on LinkedIn and support basic community engagement




- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager on content, campaigns, and brand initiatives
- Support internal marketing activities such as **workshops, team-building initiatives, and internal events**
**What we’re looking for**:
- **Part-time availability (4-6 hours per day, Monday to Friday)**:
- **Based in Guadalajara (GDL)** - this is required
- **Hybrid role** (mix of remote and on-site work)
- **Native or near-native English**, confident speaking on camera
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interest in content creation, video, and digital marketing
**Compensation**:
- **Hourly rate range**:$130 - $170 MXN per hour**:
- Rate varies based on **experience, skill set, and level of expertise**:
- Part-time role (4-6 hours per day, Monday to Friday)
