**Your Opportunity**
We're selecting one exceptional psychologist for our Positive Support Program. You'll work as a recreational therapist supporting children, teens, and adults with autism, developmental disabilities, and behavioral challenges. Use your psychology training in Minnesota. No U.S. licensing needed to start.
**What You'll Do**
Design therapeutic recreational activities based on behavioral principles. Work with diverse clients of all ages. Create positive behavior support plans. Track progress through data collection.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop individualized recreational programs for each client - Support adults with intellectual disabilities and behavioral needs
- Work with children and teens on the autism spectrum - Lead individual and group therapeutic activities - Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams - Document behavioral progress and outcomes - Implement positive behavior interventions
**Who We Need**
Education Requirements:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or Special Education - ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) focus or specialization - Official Master's Cédula Profesional from Mexico (mandatory)
Professional Requirements:
- Professional English (B2-C1 level minimum) - Experience with developmental or intellectual disabilities - Knowledge of positive behavior support strategies - Flexibility to work with diverse age groups - Willingness to work varied schedules

**Important Details**
You'll work as a recreational therapist in our Positive Support Program. This role uses your psychology education for therapeutic recreation. You won't practice as a licensed psychologist.
