We are currently seeking a Fullstack Developer to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).
Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Production Scheduling Development: Build and optimize visual scheduling boards (e.g., Gantt charts) with drag-and-drop functionality for real-time plant floor adjustments.
- System Integration: Design and manage APIs to sync production data between ERP / MES systems and custom scheduling tools.
- End-to-End Development: Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from front-end user interactions to back-end server logic and database management.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with plant managers and supply chain planners to translate manufacturing constraints into technical requirements.
Required Skills Qualifications
- Supply Chain Expertise: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including Finite Capacity Scheduling, resource allocation,



and bottleneck detection.
- Tech Stack Proficiency:
- 6 years of experience developing in: C#, ASP.Net, MVC, Microsoft SQL Server.
- 4 years of experience developing in: HTML, Javascript.
- Scheduling Tools: Familiarity with or development experience in tools like PlanetTogether, Opcenter (Preactor), Asprova, or custom Gantt-based planners.
- Methodologies: Proficient in Agile/Scrum environments, with experience in CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and version control.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Business or Supply Chain Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of external supply chain practices/best practices/trends.
