- Proven experience in repair and overhaul maintenance activities.
- Strong technical knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment diagnostics.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians effectively.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards relevant to maintenance operations.
- Experience with maintenance management systems and tools.

- Associate degree or technical certification in a relevant field such as Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Maintenance.
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance roles with increasing responsibility.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Knowledge of lean maintenance practices and continuous improvement methodologies.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to support production goals and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
