About the role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple positions across different industries and functions, helping us connect top talent with exciting career opportunities.
What you’ll do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for assigned vacancies.
- Create and adapt job descriptions based on client needs.
- Publish vacancies through the ATS and approved recruitment platforms.
- Conduct different interview stages, including initial screenings and coordination with hiring managers.
- Administer assessments such as psychometric and computer literacy tests.
- Support additional recruitment and HR-related activities as needed.

- Customer Service Representative
- Administrative Assistant
- Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk
- Property Manager
- Community Association Manager
- Maintenance Coordinator

What we’re looking for
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong English communication skills with confidence and fluency.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Goal-oriented professional with eagerness to learn and improve continuously.
- Reliable and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
