About the Opportunity
Marczell Klein is a globally recognized speaker, coach, and event creator helping high-performers unlock their potential through transformational live events and premium programs. We’re expanding our sales team in Mexico and looking for a driven, articulate Sales Setter ready to earn based on results.
This is a commission-only role with serious earning potential — top setters consistently earn $2,500-$4,000 USD/month and beyond.
What You’ll Do
- Represent Marczell Klein’s brand with energy, professionalism, and conviction
- Follow up consistently with prospects using structured outreach sequences
- Hit daily/weekly activity targets (dials, conversations, bookings)
- Collaborate closely with closers to ensure a smooth handoff
What We’re Looking For




- Fluent in English (spoken and written) — required
- Strong communicator who is confident, persuasive, and personable
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality — you don’t wait to be managed
- Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting is a plus
- Familiarity with coaching, personal development, or events industry is a bonus
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Compensation
- 100% commission-based — your income is directly tied to your performance
- Earning range: $2,500-$4,000+ USD/month for consistent performers
- Paid in USD
Pay: $43,000.00 - $70,000.00 per month
