**We Are Looking for an Engineering Intern!**
At Goodyear Air Springs, we are currently seeking an Engineering Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This position offers the opportunity to support validation activities, testing, data analysis, and engineering processes while contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
**Location**: Eje 106, Industrial Zone, San Luis Potosí
**Schedule**: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
**Requirements**:
- Industrial Engineering student or related field
- Basic knowledge of FMEA (AMEF), Control Plans, PPAP, Core Tools, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- At least one year of valid student health insurance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail




- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support validation and testing activities
- Assist in process engineering initiatives
- Analyze operational and process data
- Contribute to process improvement projects
- Support engineering activities focused on operational optimization
