**Intelligence Operator**
The Core Intelligence Analyst, assigned to a specific client, is responsible for collecting, analyzing and disseminating real-time, open source incidents in the North American region, and may support other regions. The Analyst may seek information regarding mis
- or disinformation campaigns by state or non-state actors, violent incidents, dangerous organizations (terrorist, OCG), civic integrity, and areas related to cybersecurity.
**Essential Job Functions**:
■ Monitor and analyze security threats in real time using OSINT, cameras, alarms,
- Access control, and other data streams to identify incidents impacting client
people, assets, travelers, or reputation.
- Proactively detect and assess general events including violent incidents,
dis/misinformation campaigns, dangerous organizations, civic integrity issues,
and cyber threats; evaluate impact to the client.
- Operate and maintain GSOC systems including CCTV, alarms, access control,
keys, and two-way communications; monitor equipment status and report
missing/damaged/inoperative systems.
- Support crisis and non-crisis response by maintaining records of
communications/events, assisting with operational needs, and aiding
regional/physical security teams through preparation, response, and recovery.
- Provide general assistance to client employees, vendors, and guests; answer
routine/emergency calls and handle other assigned project or administrative
tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Minimum Qualifications and Requirements**:

■ Bachelor’s degree in Regional Studies, Strategic Studies, International Relations, Political Science, Economics, STEM or equivalent military/professional intelligence training
■ Two plus years of academic or professional experience in research, analysis, and development of intelligence products/reports
■ Proficiency in PC and iOS hardware and software including word processing, data analysis, presentation, and mapping programs
■ Open source research experience
■ Complete and maintain state guard certification as prescribed by presiding state law, as well as all client requested certification; all documentation and fees are the responsibility of the employee unless otherwise noted
■ Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service
■ Have flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) and willingness to assist the team with overtime when needed
