Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specializing in scientific data, environmental testing, life sciences, and laboratory professional services, is hiring a **Corporate Communications Specialist** for a **remote, full-time administrative position**. The company focuses on environmental and health-related services, including analytical testing, pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical support, regulatory consulting, and scientific staffing.
The role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of **internal and external corporate communications** that strengthen the organization’s reputation, align messaging across departments, and engage employees and stakeholders through clear, consistent, and compelling content.
**Must-have skills and requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- **Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills**.




- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in **English**, verbally and in writing.
- Strong project management, prioritization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
**Nice-to-have skills**:
- Experience with Microsoft 365.
- Adobe or Canva experience.
- Media relations exposure, including news releases, media materials, awards submissions, monitoring, and coverage reporting.
- Experience managing branded merchandise requests or vendor coordination.
- Experience supporting employer branding, employee engagement, change communications, or recognition programs.
Pay: From $28,000.00 per month
