**General Summary**:
We are seeking a **Marketing Specialist, Senior**to support Partner Marketing for our Connectivity and Networking business and to provide Marketing Operational support across the Partner Marketing team.
This role will be responsible for developing strong marketing relationships with key Connectivity & Networking customers, for developing innovative co-marketing communication, propelling key technology narratives, and executing win/win co-marketing programs with customers.
**This role will also provide critical marketing operational support to the Partner Marketing team in the following**:
- Creating reports and recaps - gathering cross-team inputs, ensuring content accuracy, compile content into clear, concise executive level summaries
- Coordination of device requests - be the main point of contact for internal device requests to support campaigns, events, and speakerships; coordinate end-to-end event partner device integration through intake, outreach, tracking, onsite support and return
- Logo and image requests - be the main point of contact for partner logo, brand asset and image requests across the team; ensure all visual assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across channels
- Coordinate partner-related brand, legal and trademark submissions and approvals
- Employee engagement and partner discounts - support partner integration in planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives; coordinate employee discount programs,
vendor partnerships and promotional opportunities
**Key Responsibilities**
**Partner & Ecosystem Marketing**
- Foster strong marketing partnership relationships with key customers and ecosystem partners of the Connectivity and Networking business
- Develop and execute compelling and impactive co-marketing programs and narratives
- Support partner announcements, launches, and milestones (e.g., co-marketing campaigns, case studies, joint PR moments).
**Campaign & Channel Execution**
- Collaborate with internal and external channel owners to ensure **consistent voice and brand alignment**across all touchpoints.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Tight collaboration across: Partner Marketing managers and regional teams; Product Marketing; PR, Legal, Brand; ensure all marketing materials meet **brand, legal, and partner approval requirements**.
**Measurement & Optimization**
- Track performance of co-marketing programs
- Use insights to refine messaging, formats, and storytelling approaches over time.
- Share results and impact with internal stakeholders and with partners
This is an office based position in Mexico City that is expected to comply with the Company's onsite work policy.

**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
- Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
**Preferred Qua**lifications**:
- Advanced communication skills in English
- 2-5 years of experience in **marketing communications, partner marketing, or B2B tech marketing**:
- Experience in technology, connectivity, networking businesses
- Familiarity with partner marketing best practices
- Comfort creating executive-level communications and presentations
- Experience supporting major industry events and announcements
- Knowledge of brand governance and legal review processes in large organizations
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Highly organized and keen attention to details
