**About the Role**
As an **Account Management Specialist**, you'll support our U.S. clients by managing their insurance accounts and ensuring every request is handled accurately and efficiently. You'll work closely with clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
What You'll Do
- Manage client accounts
- Process billing requests
- Coordinate with carriers and internal teams
- Deliver exceptional client service while building long-term relationships
**What We're Looking For**
Required:




- Experience in customer service, account management, insurance, banking, financial services, or another client-facing role
- Experience using CRM or account management software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Advanced English — written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Positive attitude, accountability, and willingness to learn
