**The Position**:
We're looking for a structured and detail-oriented **E-Commerce Operations Coordinator**to support a growing distributor of sustainable non-food products based in Europe.
This is not a basic data-entry role. You'll be expected to bring structure and consistency to a fast-moving team, take full ownership of the e-commerce operations, and over time, identify ways to improve systems and processes. The business owners are big-picture thinkers; they need someone who can build and maintain the operational foundation underneath them.
**The Details**:
**Job Location**: Remote, work from home.
**Company Location**: The Netherlands
**Job Type**: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
**Work Hours**: Versátil scheduling. You must be available at 1:00 PM Netherlands time (CET/CEST) each weekday for the team's daily standup meeting.
**Responsibilities**:
**B2C E-Commerce Operations**
- Maintain and update the Lightspeed e-commerce store — product uploads, pricing, and content.
- Clean up the existing product database — identifying and removing outdated SKUs, correcting product data, and organising the catalogue.
- Support new product launches across marketplace and e-commerce channels.
**B2B Purchasing & Supplier Support**
- Create purchase orders and fill forecast documents in Odoo for B2B brands and suppliers.
- Support the product manager by taking over routine purchasing tasks so she can focus on larger projects.
**Operations & Process Improvement**
- Monitor day-to-day operations and flag problems early — stock discrepancies, listing errors, supplier delays.
- Keep product documentation organised and up to date,



including certifications for medical devices.
- Identify and suggest improvements to workflows and processes — bringing structure and consistency where it's needed.
**Software Skills**:
**Proficient in**:
- E-commerce platforms — Shopify, Lightspeed, WooCommerce, or similar.
- Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for day-to-day admin.
**Ideal but not essential**:
- Odoo or similar ERP/inventory management software.
- AI and automation tools.
**- We Want to Hear From You If You Have**
- 3-4+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Experience supporting **businesses based outside the Philippines**; European, Australian, or US companies are a strong plus.
- Experience with purchasing; creating purchase orders, tracking stock, and following up with suppliers.
- Confidence working across multiple platforms and learning new systems quickly.
