Control

Monitoring and controlling vacations, sick leave, permits, absences, and deductions

Benefits Administration

Administering major, minor, and life medical insurance policies

Assist HR Manger with accessing the work environment, performance evaluations, and training needs of employees

Learning and Development (L&D;)

Under direction and in partnership with Corporate L&D; team:

Coordinating ongoing L&D; programs, including communication with participants and managers, organizing venues,

Identifying and assessing training needs

Evaluating feedback from training sessions and making improvements

Establishing relationships with providers to meet training needs

Participating in Managerial meetings and training or safety committees as needed

Bachelor ́s Degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations or any Bachelor ́s Degree taht may be related to the field.





Cédula and Titulo from the Bachelor ́s degree are a mandatory requirement for this position

Minimum of + 7 (seven or more) years related practical experience with another employer within HR Generalist role and responsibilities

Experience with NOM 035 / Learning and Development / Talent Management / Organizational Development

Advanced English level is required. (Major medical expenses insurance (Family Plan)
