Role Description The Human Resources Manager at Sinda will oversee day-to-day HR operations for the Mexico City office in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role includes managing end-to-end recruitment processes, onboarding new team members, and supporting workforce planning in alignment with business needs.

The Human Resources

Manager will administer compensation and benefits programs, maintain HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations. The role will also lead performance management cycles, support learning and development initiatives, and provide guidance to managers on employee relations and conflict resolution. In addition, the Human Resources Manager will maintain accurate HR records, generate reports for leadership, and contribute to creating an inclusive, engaging workplace culture.

Qualifications Experience in core Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements under Mexican labor law.

Skills in managing compensation,



benefits, and HR administration, including record keeping and reporting.

Ability to design and support training, development, and engagement initiatives that foster a positive work environment.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to partner effectively with leaders and team members.

Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Proficiency with HR information systems and general office software (e.g., HRIS platforms, spreadsheets, and presentation tools).

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.

Professional experience in an HR management or senior HR generalist role, preferably in a similar industry or corporate environment.

Fluency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English.
