As an order to cash manager, you will lead a high-performing team, ensuring accurate reporting, strong compliance, and robust financial controls while partnering with stakeholders to enable strategic decision-making. key responsibilities

- lead execution of financial reporting and accounting strategies aligned with regional and general objectives.
- manage and develop a high-performing team of financial reporting and accounting professionals.
- oversee budgeting processes and ensure accurate financial planning within scope of responsibility.
- ensure compliance with internal controls through regular testing, audits, and monitoring activities.
- deliver timely statutory, financial, and management reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- drive integrity and efficiency of financial systems across tax, inventory, payments, and purchasing data.
- lead risk management processes, ensuring effective controls, compliance, and audit readiness.

essential requirements

- bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- proven experience in financial reporting, accounting, and compliance in a complex organization.
- strong knowledge of financial controls, statutory reporting, and audit processes.
- demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams.




- fluency in english and spanish, both written and spoken.
- strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret and communicate financial data clearly.

desirable requirements

- master of business administration degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- working knowledge of portuguese is a plus.
